Large party reservations are available for groups of 15 - 45 guests in our Dining Room (non private). There is a 20% Gratuity added to any party of 15 people or more. Large parties will only be provided one check and will only accept one credit card, we will not split the check multiple ways. Requests are reviewed in the order in which they are received. Seating arrangements will be made based on availability

Terms & Conditions:

These terms of business are binding. In this document the “restaurant” refers to Hair of the Dog the “customer” refers to the host, contact, agent, credit card holder or company making the booking. Email is an acceptable form of communication for confirmations, changes and cancellations. Unfortunately due to previous late cancellations, non-arrivals and the numbers booked changing at the last minute we require a deposit.

Deposits

  • A $100 deposit is required to confirm a booking and should be delivered with this form. We will charge the credit card number supplied.
  • Customer credit card details are required when securing a reservation and will be charged the deposit unless a different form of payment is received that fully covers the required deposit.
  • By agreeing to this booking and providing your credit card, the customer agrees the reservation will meet the spending minimum of $250 of the restaurant. If the spending minimum is not met, the card on file will be charged the difference.
  • The deposit will secure the space for a maximum of 2.5 hours, as a courtesy to other guests that may have reservations after, please arrive on time and allow extra time in your travel and parking.

Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made and received in writing 24 hours prior to the time frame of the reservation.
  • In the event of a late cancellation or a no show of the group the deposit in full will be forfeited.
  • In the event the guest count is less than what was agreed upon in the reservation, the deposit may be forfeited as a restaurant expense.
  • Half of the spending minimum will be charged to the card in the event of a late cancellation or no show

Guest Count

  • The party must submit a final guest count 24 hours prior to the reservation via hotddt@mhgva.com
  • The restaurant will only block enough space for the agreed upon guest count.
  • The restaurant reserves the right to use any table around the party , unless otherwise agreed to by the restaurant manager with written consent.
